📋 Description

• Follow up with leads provided internally by the marketing department, customer service, or sales director • Contact customers to generate sales and create organic growth with existing accounts by determining customer requirements and expectations • Use HubSpot CRM to record call notes and activities • Handle customer concerns or issues in a timely, professional manner • Resolve product or service problems and expedite corrective actions with the cooperation of CSRs • Participate in special projects as requested • Manage time effectively and work successfully with other team members to meet sales goals • Attend Trelleborg and other product training as scheduled • Strengthen customer relationships, identify needs, and promote and sell sealing and cylinder components across multiple industries • Reconnect with customers whose sales have declined, rebuild engagement, and uncover business-growth opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Required • College/University degree preferred • 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service • 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales or customer service • Strong command of written and oral communication skills • Must be comfortable making cold calls over the phone in a professional manner • Ability to interact with customers cordially and respectfully • Must have/develop a thorough understanding of CRC Distribution products • Must be able to interact cordially and productively with co-workers in a team environment and establish relationships with individuals at all levels of the company • Must be able to manage difficult individuals and situations • Must be able to make independent judgment decisions with minimal supervision • Proven sales or customer service experience • Fluid power experience is preferred • Candidates must live in Alabama, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Minnesota, Mississippi, South Carolina, or Tennessee
