📋 Description

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads • Consult with customers on their insurance needs • Match customers with appropriate coverages, products, and benefits • Convert sales leads into policyholders • Represent the Liberty Mutual brand • Connect customers to products suited to their individual needs • Provide customer-focused insurance sales service • Complete paid training and insurance licensing • Work a schedule of four weekdays and one weekend day • Maintain a professional work-from-home workspace and required internet connection

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required • 2–3 years of sales experience preferred • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales • Ability to communicate well with prospects and customers • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills • Strong typing capabilities • PC proficiency • Property and Casualty Insurance license required after hire • Must reside in one of the specified eligible U.S. locations • Must be available four weekdays and one weekend day • Must maintain a professional workspace with a dedicated desk • Wired high-speed internet required, with minimum 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload speeds • Satellite and mobile internet services are not supported
