📋 Description

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads • Consult with customers on their insurance needs • Match customers with appropriate coverages, products, and benefits • Convert sales leads into policyholders • Represent the Liberty brand and connect customers to suitable products • Provide customer-centric sales service with integrity • Work with incoming warm leads and make no cold calls • Adapt to office or home work environments, schedules, and policyholder needs • Complete paid training and insurance licensing

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required • 2–3 years of sales experience preferred • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales • Ability to communicate well with prospects and customers • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills • Strong typing capabilities • PC proficiency • Property and Casualty Insurance license required after hire • If initially unlicensed, must complete licensing through paid training • Must reside in one of the specified eligible U.S. locations • Must be available to work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day • Must work one of the specified EST shifts • Must maintain a professional workspace with a dedicated desk • Must have wired high-speed internet with at least 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload • Satellite and mobile internet services are not supported
