📋 Description

• Develop and implement CRM analytics to support key stakeholders • Utilize Salesforce CRM Analytics to extract, manipulate, and analyze data to support business processes and decision-making • Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Salesforce Analytics and other BI tools • Build predictive models for data visualization to identify areas of core focus for Sales teams • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver customized data solutions • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to customize Salesforce workflows, automation, and integrations • Perform data cleaning, transformation, and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity • Analyze customer data, sales performance, and market trends to provide actionable insights • Ensure proper data governance, compliance, and security protocols within Salesforce • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement • Present data findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner • Support ad-hoc data requests and provide analytical support for various projects • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and visualization • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in CRMA, utilizing Snowflake integration

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, Information Systems, Business or a related field • 5+ years of experience • Proven experience in CRMA, Salesforce, Agent force, Data cloud, etc. • Knowledge of Snowflake, DBT, API integrations and data management techniques • Proven experience in revenue operations, building systems to understand business development and client analysis • Strong SQL skills for querying, data extraction, transformation, and analysis • Familiarity with AI and predictive analytics within CRM platforms • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions • Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights and convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, Analytics, and data visualization tools • Experience in analytics tools (CRM Analytics, Tableau, Power BI etc.) • Experience in Data Warehouse (Snowflake) • Experience in Slack, Slack Bot, Headless 360, SF Coworker, etc. • Experience in AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Integrations, etc. • Knowledge of other data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R) • Experience in the wealth management or financial services industry • Familiarity with data governance and data security best-practices • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst, Salesforce CRM Analytics & Einstein Discovery Consultant) are a plus
