📋 Description

• Build the first lead process with Sales, including lead stages, buyer fit, qualification, follow-up timing, and routing • Own Marketing’s use of HubSpot and lead handoff into Salesforce • Partner with Sales Operations and system administrators on integration, permissions, account ownership, data quality, and reporting • Own Life360 Ads website and landing-page operations, including forms, testing, tracking, and conversion • Lead SEO strategy, on-page improvements, technical fixes, and structured data • Improve visibility in AI search and track citations and referrals • Plan, run, and improve selected paid search and LinkedIn lead-generation campaigns • Own email and LinkedIn campaign operations, including audiences, lists, sends, forms, ad accounts, testing, and reporting • Build campaign pages and forms and ensure event and website inquiries reach the right seller • Support account-based campaigns targeting named brands and agencies • Set up tracking and dashboards; report monthly on lead quality, sales conversations, qualified opportunities, and campaign spending • Test pages, offers, and campaigns and optimize based on results • Meet regularly with sellers to improve campaign and lead performance • Coordinate campaign schedules and technical delivery with Content, Product Marketing, Design, Events, PR, developers, agencies, and Sales Operations

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in B2B demand gen, marketing operations, or digital marketing, with a track record of measurable lead and pipeline growth • Experience setting up lead scoring, routing, and nurture programs in HubSpot • Hands-on HubSpot and Salesforce skills, including how data moves between them • Experience managing a website and building landing pages • Knowledge of keyword strategy, on-page and technical SEO, site structure, and structured data • Understanding of how AI tools find and cite content, with experience improving visibility in AI search • Experience with paid search and LinkedIn Campaign Manager • Daily use of AI tools for research, analysis, reporting, and building • Ability to build dashboards, identify problems, and interpret business metrics • Proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Ahrefs, Semrush, or equivalent • Strong cross-functional collaboration and ability to influence priorities without direct authority • Clear, confident communication of technical concepts to non-technical teammates • Experience marketing to advertisers or in media, and account-based marketing experience, are strong pluses
