📋 Description

• Support the daily processing of appeals in the Par Provider Dental Appeals • Complete appeals determination letters • Prepare dental requests • Update systems • Complete reporting as necessary • Collaborate with clinical support staff, including Medical Directors, Nurses, and Providers • Move cases in the MedHok system • Handle work in compliance with turnaround times and regulatory standards • Manage complaint and appeal scenarios for dental products through resolution • Coordinate responses from multiple business units when needed • Ensure timely, provider-focused responses to complaints and appeals • Identify trends and emerging issues • Report findings and recommend solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Comprehends contemporary dental care standards, practices, and procedures • Possesses high level of technical knowledge and radiograph interpretation skills • If certified or licensed, maintains required continuing education requirements • Vocational school or college level training beyond high school • CDA, RDA, or RDH with at least five years clinical experience • Ability to use available resources efficiently • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Ability to research issues thoroughly and report findings clearly, providing options for resolution
