📋 Description

• Deliver comprehensive clinical care through text-based (asynchronous) and video-based (synchronous) consultations • Educate patients on suitable treatments and personalized care plans • Oversee patient follow-ups for ongoing care programs • Prescribe medication and provide timely refills • Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records in compliance with regulations • Adhere to ethical and professional standards, including confidentiality and informed consent • Participate in team meetings, chart audits, and continuing education activities • Stay informed about current research, best practices, and healthcare advancements • Provide medication evaluation and management within weight management and urgent care services

🎯 Requirements

• Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited nursing program with specialization in Family Practice or similar • Current, unencumbered FNP license in multiple states; additional state licenses may be required based on patient location • Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the ANCC • 2+ years of experience as an NP, including demonstrated telehealth experience • Primary care experience diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems • Preferred: 30+ active state medical licenses in good standing • Strong communication skills for live video and asynchronous messaging • Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care
