📋 Description

• Translate business and clinical needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Maintain and refine the product backlog with the Product Manager • Support roadmap planning through feasibility analysis, effort estimation, and dependency mapping • Query and analyze EHR, operational, and engagement data • Partner with Data/BI teams to define and validate product-performance KPIs • Develop working knowledge of patient workflows including scheduling, documentation, billing, and care coordination • Participate in workflow observation, user interviews, and stakeholder discovery sessions • Liaise between Engineering, Clinical Operations, Compliance, and IT • Support agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives • Track and communicate dependencies, risks, and action items • Maintain process maps, decision logs, data dictionaries, and system diagrams • Prepare release notes, training materials, and stakeholder communications • Support the Product Manager with executive summaries, reporting, and meeting materials

🎯 Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, healthcare operations, or data analytics • Strong ability to translate business needs into structured requirements • Experience working with data (SQL, Excel, BI tools, or similar) • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Exposure to healthcare technology, EHR systems, or clinical workflows • Familiarity with agile product development methodologies • Understanding of interoperability standards (FHIR, APIs) • Experience supporting UAT, process improvement, or workflow analysis • Ability to sit, stand, bend, talk, hear, and walk as required • Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds • Required vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
