📋 Description

• Provide technical customer service to external and internal customers for Deluxe software • Log, track, update, and complete customer-initiated work items using internal processes and tools • Handle complex client software issues and all case types for assigned software solutions • Handle software hot fix update cases for in-house clients • Engage in client escalations and follow escalation procedures • Plan, prioritize, and schedule escalated case work • Communicate clearly with customers, peers, and management throughout the support ticket lifecycle • Keep stakeholders updated according to follow-up guidelines • Adhere to service-level objectives for response and follow-up times • Document troubleshooting methods, customer interactions, actions taken, status, and next steps • Analyze support issues and determine next steps • Contribute to team knowledge and participate in triage/bug scrub meetings • Participate in conference calls, meetings, and collaborative engagements • Mentor others in areas of expertise and product knowledge

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ year of Help Desk and/or customer service experience • 2+ year of scripting experience to include SQL, Progress, Powershell, etc. • 2+ year of Basic PC Troubleshooting and/or Repair • Document Creation • 2+ year of Microsoft Office suite • Must be 18 years of age or older • Preferred: Bachelors or Associates degree in IT or related field • Preferred: A background in programming • Preferred: Windows OS • Preferred: 2+ year of Workstation OS- 10,7 • Preferred: 2+ year of Server OS • Preferred: Networking 2+ year of TCP/IP/DNS • Preferred: Antivirus experience with Managed Antivirus, CrowdStrike, or Carbon Black
