📋 Description

• Maintain financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts • Prepare standard journal entries and assist with month-end close activities under supervision • Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances or discrepancies • Support documentation and execution of accounting procedures and internal controls • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data • Respond to basic financial and accounting inquiries by gathering and organizing data • Assist with internal and external audits by preparing schedules and supporting documentation • Identify and escalate discrepancies, errors, or process gaps to senior team members • Participate in process improvement initiatives and recommend efficiency enhancements • Support ad hoc accounting and finance projects as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or 4 years relevant experience required • 0–2 years of accounting or relevant internship experience • Basic understanding of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas such as xlookup and sumif, and pivot tables preferred • Netsuite and Blackline experience preferred • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to follow established processes and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Demonstrated willingness to learn, take direction, and develop professionally • Ability to analyze data and identify discrepancies with guidance • Adaptability and openness to feedback • Must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States • Ability to sit, stand, bend, talk, hear, and walk • Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds • Close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth vision; ability to adjust focus
