📋 Description

• Prepare and post journal entries for non-revenue areas, including prepaid expenses, accruals, fixed assets, and intercompany transactions • Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and resolve reconciling items • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes • Post daily cash transactions and perform bank reconciliations • Assist with fixed asset accounting, including additions, disposals, and depreciation schedules • Own accounts payable end to end and support expense-related accounting • Help maintain and improve internal controls and documentation • Assist with schedules and support for external audits and internal reviews • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate recurring accounting processes • Partner cross-functionally with FP&A and Accounting team members on ad hoc requests and analysis

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • 4–6 years of relevant accounting experience (public accounting or industry) • Solid understanding of US GAAP and general ledger accounting • Experience with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP) and strong Excel skills • Experience with Expense Software (e.g., Navan, Expensify, Brex) • Experience with Tax Software (e.g., Avalara, Anrok) • Experience leveraging and customizing AI/LLM tools (e.g., Gemenia, Claude) for day-to-day work, and general fluency with AI-assisted workflows • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams • Self-starter who takes ownership and is eager to grow into a Senior Accountant role • Experience with international accounting and IFRS reporting standards is a plus
