📋 Description

• Collaborate with Account Managers and pre-sale Sales Engineers to understand solution requirements and guide clients through the technical implementation of Lightcast APIs and Snowflake Data Shares. • Support onboarding by configuring environments, validating data delivery, and troubleshooting integration challenges. • Act as a trusted post-sale technical resource by resolving customer issues, clarifying REST API payloads, recommending best practices for Direct Data Shares, and helping clients maximize the value of Lightcast. • Lead kickoff meetings, host ongoing technical discussions and working sessions, and ensure clients have a clear understanding and effective adoption of solutions. • Partner with Account Managers to monitor client health, identify potential risks, and reinforce ROI to support renewals and expansion opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, analytical, or business-related field, or equivalent practical experience. • 0–3 years of experience in technical, analytical, consulting, customer success, or other client-facing roles (internships included). • Foundational knowledge of APIs, SQL, and cloud data environments. Experience with programming languages such as Python is a plus. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a client-first mindset. • Ability to navigate technical documentation and learn new tools quickly. • Familiarity with large language model (LLM) tools and interest in using AI to enhance prototyping, documentation, and workflows.
