📋 Description

• Design individualized programming prioritizing communication, independence, and self-advocacy • Use a neuroaffirming, assent-based, trauma-informed, and ethical care approach • Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments • Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with individualized goals • Supervise and train ABA technicians • Implement, model, and monitor individualized behavior support and skill plans with ABA technicians • Support family conversations so parents understand assessment results and treatment recommendations • Pursue clinical growth through mentorship and ongoing training

🎯 Requirements

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential • Eligible to provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) • 2 to 3 years of experience in ABA field, working with a variety of ages • Able to communicate expressively and receptively for all responsibilities within the job role
