📋 Description

• Serve as a central point of contact with counsel, clients, and internal Lighthouse stakeholders on managed review projects • Advise on review workflow strategy and execution • Optimize workflows and incorporate appropriate technology to improve the speed and accuracy of eyes-on review • Oversee and manage work conducted by review team leads and reviewers • Implement and execute review plans meeting Lighthouse standards and project-specific requirements • Recommend and drive review best practices • Communicate with counsel, clients, internal stakeholders, and staffing partners regarding review substance and progress • Provide daily project status reporting • Assist in developing matter-specific review project plans • Establish review quality-control measures • Manage document review teams to ensure adherence to the Lighthouse playbook, throughput goals, and quality deliverables • Collaborate with AI experts and data project managers • Implement technology efficiency drivers for redaction application and privilege logging • Provide client- and case-specific subject matter expertise • Participate in process improvement initiatives and perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Three+ years of experience as a document review manager with a review provider or law firm • Attorney, active and in good standing in any US jurisdiction • Ability to lead and motivate diverse contractor attorney teams while adhering to accuracy targets, project timelines, and budget parameters • Self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and commitment to client satisfaction • Knowledge of the litigation discovery process and objectives • Strong written and oral communication skills suited to a client-facing role • Careful attention to detail and general technical aptitude • Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently or as part of a team • Proficiency as an end user in Relativity or a comparable platform • Experience establishing matter-tailored quality control measures and managing reviews across a variety of discovery matters • Ability to use a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material • May be required to be on call periodically and work outside normal working hours, including evenings and weekends
