📋 Description

• Manage case or client annual budgets • Consult clients on eDiscovery best practices • Identify preferred project paths to reduce costs and increase delivery speed • Use Lighthouse technologies to drive client satisfaction • Plan, monitor, and manage internal and external project communications for pod members • Provide workflow consultation • Drive development of standards • Participate in daily eDiscovery support activities • Respond to client requests and consult on scope, execution, and overall delivery of compliant solutions • Train and develop team members on workflows and eDiscovery best practices • Create client work orders for data processing, review, and production tasks • Communicate scope and deadline expectations to internal and external stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s or JD a plus • 6+ years of work experience, including at least 4 years of eDiscovery project management experience • 5+ years of successful experience in a law department, law firm, legal consulting firm, or eDiscovery provider • Relativity experience required • Excellent eDiscovery skills for client and project solution development • Knowledge of, or ability to quickly acquire, Lighthouse workflows, internal tools, and documentation • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Project management skills to manage client relationships and execute projects to completion • Flexibility and adaptability for a changing and growing workload • Ability to interpret written and oral instructions • Ability to use a computer, communicate by telephone, and read printed material • May need to be on call periodically and work evenings or weekends
