📋 Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and projects. • Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. • Work with team leads to proactively plan and manage resourcing. • Work with the Director, Operations to manage account budgets, forecasts, and financial performance. • Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization while maintaining profitability. • Provide project management of internal resources to ensure project delivery. • Report to the Director, Project Management.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in communications, business, project management or a related field plus 4-8 years of experience in project management at a pharmaceuticals marketing agency • Proven track record of building and managing client relationships and delivering successful pharmaceutical marketing solutions in scope, on time, and on budget • Strong understanding of medical, legal, and regulatory compliance and the MLR submission and approval process in the United States and/or Canada • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities • Proficiency in project management systems and tools • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment • Ability to work Eastern time zone hours
