📋 Description

• Sell Lighthouse solutions to target law firms and corporations anywhere in the United States • Meet or exceed monthly/annual sales quota • Maintain high level of activity with phone calls, prospecting emails, and in-person meetings • Develop strategy and execute plans to work with new and existing law firm and corporate clients to build relationships • Develop and deliver sales proposals and respond to RFPs for eDiscovery services • Commit to growing industry knowledge; research, track and communicate industry trends, best practices, and competitive service offerings to identify opportunities for growth, innovation, increased market share and competitive advantage • Coordinate with the executive team to ensure seamless delivery of services and substantive, consistent client communications about the Company and its services • Other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• BA or BS or commensurate success in Sales required • JD or Paralegal preferred • Proven record in selling eDiscovery services, SaaS, or other solutions in a tech sales space • Able to problem solve and prioritize work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Understanding of software technology, SaaS solutions, and/or eDiscovery industry • Ability to negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts • Customer-centric approach, with emphasis on understanding customer's challenges • Strong collaboration skills • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office/Office 365 applications
