📋 Description

• Oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of medical laboratory build projects • Lead multiple concurrent laboratory implementations • Coordinate across internal departments, clients, laboratory directors, vendors, instrument manufacturers, and other project stakeholders • Oversee regulatory milestones, construction activities, IT integrations, validations, and go-live planning • Ensure projects progress successfully from concept through implementation • Work Monday-Friday, with occasional work outside regular business hours or on weekends based on client availability and project needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in business, management, finance, or related field; MBA preferred (or equivalent experience) • A minimum of 5 years of professional project management experience is required • Healthcare industry experience is highly preferred • Lean Six Sigma, Quality Management System (QMS), and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required • Availability for occasional work outside regular business hours or on weekends based on client availability and project needs • Ability to coordinate with internal departments, clients, laboratory directors, vendors, instrument manufacturers, and other project stakeholders • Must answer employment visa sponsorship question
