📋 Description

• Lead complex customer implementation projects from planning through successful completion • Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors • Own project scope, schedule, budget, governance, quality, and customer communications • Coordinate delivery across Functional Consulting, Technical Consulting, Digital Experience, Quality Assurance, Product, and Customer Success • Facilitate project governance meetings, steering committees, and executive updates • Mentor Project Managers and support continuous improvement across Project & Program Management • Leverage AI to improve project planning, governance, communication, and delivery effectiveness • Contribute to improving project management standards and customer delivery practices

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience within software, SaaS, or Professional Services • Demonstrated success leading complex customer implementations • Strong project governance, stakeholder management, and communication skills • Experience mentoring Project Managers or leading delivery teams • Strong organizational leadership and customer relationship skills • Passion for delivery excellence and continuous improvement
