📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional development from concept to delivery and improve the delivery lifecycle across cross-organizational teams • Align and influence partners in Software Engineering, Machine Learning, Data Science, Product, and Finance on roadmap planning and execution of large-scale infrastructure programs • Anticipate technical risks, map complex dependencies, resolve ambiguity, and eliminate blockers • Deliver data-driven updates to senior leadership on program health, milestones, risks, and change control • Design and streamline organizational mechanisms to increase delivery velocity, efficiency, and engineering best practices • Partner with engineering teams to operationalize and improve company-wide availability guardrails (SLAs/SLOs) • Facilitate rigorous post-incident root-cause analyses to maximize uptime and reduce MTTR • Establish automated cloud-spend monitoring and drive infrastructure cost-efficiency initiatives • Enable engineering teams to own and optimize their infrastructure spend • Mentor and develop talent within the program management function • Translate between high-level business requirements and deep architectural decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of technical program management experience focused on cloud infrastructure, reliability, or platform engineering at scale • Proven track record managing large, multi-team software programs across globally distributed organizations and distinct time zones • Strong technical background with experience facilitating discussions and contributing to design decisions involving back-end architectural systems and platform ecosystem scaling • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for conveying complex technical details to technical and non-technical audiences • Ability to influence teams without authority, manage competing priorities, and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment • Prior experience as a Software Developer (SWE/SDE), Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), or DevOps Engineer preferred • Deep familiarity with infrastructure-as-code, global telemetry/monitoring tooling, and distributed database scaling preferred • Prior experience driving large-scale migrations and decoupling efforts from monolithic backend databases and codebases preferred • Experience leveraging AI technologies or automated tooling within engineering workflows to improve developer velocity and lifecycle tracking preferred • Strong product acumen to champion platform infrastructure initiatives and translate technical achievements into business value preferred • Candidates must reside and work remotely from the United States • English language proficiency
