📋 Description

• Provide outpatient behavioral health services to persons of all ages experiencing psychological difficulties • Interview individuals and/or families to identify presenting problems, assess mental status and dangerousness, gather psychosocial history, and assign accurate DSM diagnoses using all five Axes • Provide individual, group, and family therapy using person-centered philosophies and best practices • Assess psychiatric crises and provide crisis intervention while working closely with psychiatrists • Maintain medical records in compliance with state, federal, and agency guidelines • Refer individuals and families to appropriate outside agencies and provide information within confidentiality guidelines • Provide crisis assessments, stabilization, and service coordination to de-escalate crisis situations and promote the lowest safe level of care • Provide coverage or back-up for Emergency Services during clinical hours and on-call coverage after hours and weekends as needed • Maintain positive working relationships with communities served, clients, families, staff, agencies, organizations, funding resources, and human service agencies • Participate in the agency's continuous quality improvement activities • Provide clinical consultation to Monarch professionals for ongoing development and difficult client situations • Drive and travel to community locations, agencies, and outreach destinations as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• North Carolina candidates only • Must have one of the following qualifications: LCSW, LMFT, or LCMHC • Maintain licensure as required by the licensing board • Knowledge of and compliance with all agency policies and procedures • Ability to drive and travel to community locations, various agencies, and other outreach destinations as assigned • Ability to provide on-call coverage after hours and on weekends as needed
