📋 Description

• Serve as the product point of contact during new-customer onboarding, from discovery through activation • Lead business discovery with customers, identifying use cases, pain points, objectives, and decision criteria • Adapt the Lina Pay and Data Link product journeys to each customer’s context • Define POC success metrics and journey acceptance criteria with the Sales team • Monitor POCs, interpret results, and determine the next commercial step • Communicate with internal teams, customers, and partners, ensuring transparency about what was sold and the actual requirements • Maintain a holistic view of Lina Pay and Data Link, identifying interdependencies and cross-sell opportunities • Prioritize the customizations required for implementation with the Technical Implementation Engineer • Bring recurring opportunities and needs to product squads as input for product evolution • Support scope definition during pre-integration • Ensure a structured handoff to Implementation and Customer Success at go-live • Do not own roadmap delivery; user stories, backlog refinement, and sprint management remain with the product squads

🎯 Requirements

• Experience or knowledge in business discovery with customers • Ability to adapt product journeys to customer needs • Knowledge of POCs, success metrics, and acceptance criteria • Ability to maintain a holistic view of products and identify interdependencies and cross-sell opportunities • Ability to prioritize feature customizations with Technical Implementation Engineering • Ability to communicate with Sales, Implementation, Customer Success, product squads, customers, and partners • Knowledge of Lina Pay and Data Link, including consent, JSR, Data Manager, widgets, and white-label solutions • Experience working as a Product Manager without owning roadmap delivery
