📋 Description

• Provide subject matter guidance to a group of 25–30 undergraduate online students • Support students in academic writing, research, and time management • Conduct 1:1 doubt-resolution, academic guidance, and assessment draft review sessions • Guide students toward relevant reference material • Mark assessments and provide long-form feedback • Manage discussion forums • Provide proactive, prompt, and personalised support to student queries and issues • Interact with students over email, calls, and online sessions • Work as an independent contractor of LINC Education to facilitate online learning for students studying the Masters of Financial Planning offered by Victoria University Online

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years’ relevant teaching experience in an ASIC-approved financial planning course and/or 5 years’ experience working as a Financial Planning Professional • Registered Financial Planning Advisor Certification is mandatory • Strong knowledge of behavioural finance and its application within professional financial planning • Understanding of client motivations, behavioural biases, financial literacy, and decision-making • Master's Degree or higher in Financial Planning is desired • Empathetic, ambitious, warm, and outgoing personality • Proficient in English with excellent oral and written communication • Working laptop • High-speed stable internet connection above 10 MBPS • Ability to quickly learn and use technology platforms, including the host university’s LMS and LINCtrac • Availability from 5 pm to 10 pm AEST every day of the week
