📋 Description

• Provide subject matter guidance to a group of 25–30 undergraduate online students • Support students in academic writing, research, and time management • Conduct 1:1 doubt-resolution, academic guidance, and assessment draft review sessions • Guide students toward relevant reference material • Mark assessments and provide long-form feedback • Manage discussion forums • Provide proactive, prompt, and personalised support to student queries and issues • Interact with students via email, calls, and online sessions • Facilitate online learning for students studying the Masters of Financial Planning offered by Victoria University Online

🎯 Requirements

• Master's Degree or higher in Financial Planning plus 5 years' relevant teaching experience in an ASIC-approved financial planning course, and/or 5 years' experience working as a Financial Planning Professional • Registered Financial Planning Advisor Certification is mandatory • Strong knowledge of the complete financial planning process, including client data analysis, statement of advice construction, and legal and ethical compliance • Proficiency in financial planning software, including XPLAN • Financial analysis, investment risk analysis, consulting, and analytic reasoning skills • Decision-making skills and ability to build and manage client relationships • Proficient in English with excellent oral and written communication • Ability to work closely with people from diverse cultures • Working laptop • High-speed stable internet connection exceeding 10 Mbps • Ability to quickly learn and use technology platforms, including the host university's LMS and LINCtrac • Availability from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm AEST every day of the week
