📋 Description

• Provide subject matter guidance to a group of 20-25 undergraduate online students • Support students in academic writing, research, and time management • Conduct 1:1 sessions for doubt-resolution, academic guidance, and assessment draft reviews • Provide guidance on relevant reference material • Mark assessments with long-form feedback • Manage discussion forums • Provide proactive, prompt, and personalised support to student queries and issues • Interact promptly with students over email, calls, and online sessions

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of teaching experience at a leading university or college and/or professional experience in relevant fields within the last 5 years • Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree with distinction or first-class from a top university in India • Strong knowledge of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and contemporary people systems • Practical experience with SAP SuccessFactors • Knowledge of employee lifecycle management, HR technology, digital transformation, strategic HR decision-making, human resource management, AI in HR, emerging HR technologies, HR analytics and reporting, and workforce management • Proficient in English; excellent oral and written communication • Empathetic, ambitious, warm, and outgoing personality willing to work closely with people from diverse cultures • Working laptop • High-speed stable internet connection above 10 MBPS • Ability to quickly learn and use technology platforms including the host university’s LMS and LINCtrac • Availability from 12 pm to 6 pm IST every day of the week
