📋 Description

• Manage payment indexing and premium and billing applications • Configure/setup new accounts in applicable systems • Research discrepancies and analyze root causes • Ensure information is complete and in good order • Monitor premium and billing completion, including balancing expenses • Troubleshoot complex premium and billing issues and resolve them • Manage basic reporting, terminations, and reinstatements • Transfer payments as needed • Provide customer service to internal and external stakeholders • Manage premium and billing cases according to procedures, guidelines, and quality/production standards • Escalate complex issues to senior team members or management • Identify, recommend, and champion process improvements and organizational initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• High School or GED • 0–1+ years of billing, premium, and/or reconciliation experience directly aligned with the position • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Accounts Receivable knowledge preferred • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt as needed • Ability to articulate/alter provisions and comfort with contract language • Must reside outside a commutable distance to an office location for the remote arrangement
