📋 Description

• Develop the estimate plan and coordinate estimate development with the project team • Lead development of the total project estimate • Prepare the total Project Basis of Estimate and Estimate Risk Analysis • Make cost contingency recommendations to the project team • Analyze and recommend solutions to problems of varying complexity in accordance with organizational and project objectives and guidelines • Maintain a library of current local rates for use in estimates • Build strong relationships with team members and clients

🎯 Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience as an Estimator, with increasing levels of scope and responsibility in a construction environment • Demonstrated experience using estimating systems such as Sage Timberline, InEight, or CostX • A degree or comparable experience in a construction-related discipline • RICS, CEP, or CPE chartered status, or being on the path to complete it • Excellent verbal and written communication • Detail-oriented and quality-focused • Interviews conducted in person or virtually with video required
