• Perform post-linguistic and formatting quality control • Verify that target documents are complete and accurately reflect source content and structure • Check for missing or untranslated paragraphs • Ensure target file formatting accurately reflects the source • Verify source tracked changes are correctly implemented in the target • Perform language accuracy checks on inclusion and exclusion criteria, numbers, symbols, units, drug names, sponsor names, protocol and study titles, and proper names • Review headers, footers, tables of contents, and links • Detect formatting issues, missing content, and errors in key text areas • Confirm client-specific, sponsor-specific, language-specific, and project-specific instructions are followed • Provide feedback on recurring errors, workflow gaps, and improvement opportunities • Escalate potential linguistic issues when specialist review is required
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in multilingual quality control or a related field • Ability to read and understand both English and Japanese • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, including Review and Track Changes functions • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify high-risk errors • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently • Comfortable reviewing medical and technical content • Experience with regulated content and Informed Consent Forms, Investigator Brochures, and Protocols is an advantage • Experience in translation quality control and linguistic services is preferred • Knowledge of quality assurance processes and standards is preferred • Familiarity with different language scripts and alphabets is a plus
