• Make 100+ outbound calls per day to prospective customers. • Introduce our product line and identify potential interest. • Generate qualified product sample requests. • Build rapport and professionally overcome objections. • Accurately document call activity and outcomes in our CRM. • Meet daily activity and performance expectations.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls every day. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Self-motivated with a positive, resilient attitude. • Ability to handle rejection and confidently move on to the next call. • Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented. • Experience using Aircall, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM and calling platforms. • Strong ability to navigate multiple applications and browser windows simultaneously. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to interact professionally and effectively with customers, coworkers, and business partners. • Motivated to meet and exceed goals, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to evolving sales strategies. • Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule to meet client and business needs. • Previous outbound sales, telemarketing, business development, appointment setting, or call center experience is preferred but not required.
