📋 Description

• Monitor live auction activity to evaluate asset performance, identify gaps in progression, and take appropriate action to support successful sale outcomes • Create and monitor daily watch lists, ensuring assets requiring intervention are actively assessed and addressed within required timelines to maintain auction momentum • Monitor self-listed assets for accuracy, completeness, and overall quality; flag listings requiring updates or corrections • Partner with sales and customer success teams to communicate listing issues, provide feedback, and support seller education efforts to improve listing quality and overall marketplace success • Evaluate participant activity during live auctions to identify suspicious, non-compliant, or high-risk behavior that may impact transaction integrity or marketplace trust • Initiate appropriate actions, including escalation and account restrictions, to prevent fraudulent activity and protect marketplace integrity • Maintain accurate tracking of auction activity using internal systems and reporting tools • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager, Sales Operations.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent • Proficient in the use of Microsoft (MS) Office, with a focus on demonstrated working knowledge of MS Excel • Must be highly organized and detail-oriented; accurate and timely • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. • Team-oriented operating style with effective interpersonal skills that allow successful business interactions with individuals of all leadership styles, personalities, and career levels (e.g., sales, accounting, logistics, warehouses)
