📋 Description

• Build and maintain backend services managing the flow of funds between Lithic and third parties • Engineer the core ledger, ACH and wire infrastructure, and high-precision reconciliation systems • Own initiatives from planning through launch while keeping stakeholders informed and aligned • Develop deep knowledge of business domains, technical stacks, the Treasury ecosystem, and money movement • Improve system resilience and ensure high reliability and correctness for the ledger and orchestrated funds flows • [Senior] Lead architectural direction and solve complex technical challenges so systems scale gracefully • Gain expertise in the global payments ecosystem using a modern cloud-native stack

🎯 Requirements

• Curiosity about business domains and technical systems • Structured approach to learning and ability to build complete mental models of complex systems • High agency, autonomy, and urgency in delivering high-quality solutions • [Senior] Experience building distributed systems • [Senior] Technical judgment to design and scale high-stakes infrastructure with foundational reliability and correctness • Primarily using Python, AWS, DynamoDB, Kinesis, Lambda, and Step Functions • Candidates must be located in the United States, Canada, Netherlands, Poland, or Czech Republic • No visa sponsorship or assistance is offered
