📋 Description

• Support implementation of training programs in assigned and other regions • Manage existing training programs and assist in creating new programs and classes • Manage and track training curriculum for store managers • Implement certified training store and certified trainer programs • Assist with new franchisee training development • Communicate operational policy and procedure changes • Conduct training-needs analyses and determine short- and long-term regional training needs • Assist with cost/benefit analyses for training programs • Manage training processes for new and existing franchisees • Review and update training materials and adapt programs to market demands • Communicate operational procedures and update manuals • Develop locally relevant training procedures and materials • Work with quality assurance and research and development on new products and procedures • Design training manuals, videos, and in-store training aids with internal or external resources • Oversee classroom training for company stores and franchisees • Develop class schedules with franchisee training staff • Execute and manage train-the-trainer processes • Develop and present workshops at franchisee meetings, rallies, conventions, and conferences • Support and present corporate colleague training and development programs • Develop and conduct legally mandated training, including OSHA and sanitation training • Oversee certified training store and local-market certified training manager programs • Monitor required training curriculum compliance and develop continuous-improvement plans • Provide functional support and developmental guidance to field staff and trainers • Conduct market training audits and report findings to leadership • Travel to conversion and new-store-opening markets to train colleagues • Assist with large buy/sell training • Support recruitment efforts for part-time and full-time colleagues in priority markets

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, training and development, communications, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be considered • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in restaurant, retail, supply chain, or hospitality operations, or in a training function within any industry • Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) • Ability to travel at least 50% of the time by airplane and/or automobile, including securing and maintaining required passport, visa, and travel documentation • Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver training programs for both company and franchise operations • Strong presentation, classroom instruction, and facilitation skills, including the ability to train diverse audiences • Knowledge of adult learning principles and ability to apply them in operational training environments • Ability to analyze training needs, evaluate effectiveness, and adapt programs based on feedback • Experience reviewing and maintaining training and operational materials • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, negotiation, and influencing skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Demonstrated analytical and critical-thinking skills, including cost/benefit and operational impact assessment • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, changing, and high-pressure environments • Restaurant training leadership experience preferred • Bilingual capabilities preferred
