📋 Description

• Manage the development, delivery and continuous improvement of training related to the retention aspect of the Medicare line of business • Facilitate new hire and ongoing training programs • Leverage needs analysis and evaluation skills to provide curriculum design and development consulting • Build long-term business relationships with various groups within the organization • Conduct reviews of learning program objectives and assess the need for modifications to content and structure • Research current industry trends and recommend and incorporate related updates • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Training, Learning Design or related field or equivalent experience • 3+ years of learning and development experience • Experience with adult learning principles • Experience with instructional design methodologies • Experience with learning technologies • Facilitation expertise • Performance consulting background completing root cause analysis and identifying performance gaps • Medicare Sales experience, preferably within retention • Data driven learning capabilities • Relationship building skills and techniques to assist in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders • Experience in a healthcare/managed care setting preferred • Comply with all policies and standards
