⢠Develop and execute the enterprise-wide Field Reimbursement Manager training strategy ⢠Design, implement, and maintain standardized onboarding programs for Field and Virtual FRMs ⢠Develop role-specific learning paths for new hires, experienced FRMs, team leads, and managers ⢠Create scalable training solutions across manufacturer clients and therapeutic areas ⢠Lead certification program development and competency evaluation ⢠Evaluate and enhance training content based on industry changes, client feedback, business needs, and reimbursement updates ⢠Develop instructor-led, virtual, self-paced, SOP, job aid, playbook, case study, workshop, role-play, assessment, coaching, and manager development materials ⢠Deliver education on patient access, reimbursement, benefit investigations, prior authorizations, appeals, specialty pharmacy, coding, billing, payer processes, patient support, financial assistance, HUB operations, and related topics ⢠Customize training for therapeutic areas and manufacturer-specific requirements ⢠Partner with cross-functional teams on client implementations, product launches, label expansions, new indications, program enhancements, meetings, continuing education, refresher training, and launch readiness ⢠Provide coaching and mentorship to Field and Virtual FRMs ⢠Conduct field observations, virtual coaching sessions, and competency evaluations ⢠Identify performance gaps and develop targeted improvement plans ⢠Support leadership development for emerging managers and team leads ⢠Collaborate with Operations, Program Leadership, Client Services, Clinical, Compliance, Quality, Human Resources, Recruiting, Learning & Development, Analytics, Technology, and Systems teams ⢠Develop and monitor training metrics including completion, certification, competency, coaching effectiveness, quality, readiness, time-to-productivity, client satisfaction, and operational performance ⢠Prepare executive-level reporting and recommendations for continuous improvement ⢠Ensure training materials and programs comply with FDA, HIPAA, OIG, manufacturer, company, privacy, and industry standards ⢠Partner with Compliance and Quality teams to keep training current and audit-ready ⢠Build and maintain an enterprise FRM training program and standardize onboarding and certification across programs ⢠Support client launches and program implementations while driving measurable training outcomes and operational excellence
⢠Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required ⢠5+ years of pharmaceutical patient access, reimbursement, specialty pharmacy, or healthcare services experience ⢠5+ years supporting Field Reimbursement, Patient Access, Case Management, or related customer-facing programs ⢠3+ years of training, coaching, learning and development, or leadership experience ⢠Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement processes and patient access services ⢠Experience developing and delivering adult learning programs ⢠Excellent presentation, facilitation, coaching, and communication skills ⢠Strong organizational, project management, and leadership abilities ⢠Experience supporting pharmaceutical manufacturer clients preferred ⢠Product launch experience preferred ⢠Experience across multiple therapeutic areas preferred ⢠Leadership or people management experience preferred ⢠Knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Veeva preferred ⢠Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred ⢠Instructional design experience preferred ⢠Approximately 15-20% travel based on business needs ⢠Successful completion of a background check and, depending on the position, a drug screen ⢠Prefer candidates who can type at least 35 words per minute with 97% accuracy
