📋 Description

• Connect with professionals who have expressed interest in exploring new possibilities • Conduct discovery conversations to understand goals, priorities, and alignment • Identify and qualify prospective clients • Introduce qualified individuals to established leadership and personal development programs • Guide conversations and next steps using communication and relationship-building skills • Build and nurture professional relationships through thoughtful follow-up • Use established marketing strategies and shared best practices to generate warm interest and develop a pipeline • Manage prospective client activity and follow-up using CRM and digital communication tools • Participate in ongoing leadership, learning, and professional development training • Work independently while staying connected to an established global professional community

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience • Experience in learning and development, leadership, training, marketing, communications, business development, client success, consulting, or another relationship-driven field • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Comfortable conducting one-to-one professional conversations and following a structured process • Self-directed, organized, and comfortable working independently • Motivated by measurable goals and taking ownership of results • Genuine interest in leadership, personal development, and continued professional growth • Open to an independent, performance-based income structure • Prior personal development industry experience is not required • Full training is provided
