📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in leadership, HR, learning & development, talent development, people development, consulting, coaching, client relationships, communications, or a related field • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish rapport and lead thoughtful conversations • Experience working with, developing, or leading people in a professional environment • Self-directed and proactive, with the organization and follow-through to manage responsibilities independently • Strong professional judgment and comfort working within established systems and processes • A genuine commitment to continued personal and professional development • Comfortable with an independent, performance-based income structure rather than a traditional fixed salary • Authorized to work in the United States or Canada • Intended for experienced professionals; not suitable for students or recent graduates
