📋 Description

• Own the design of developer tools for testing, evaluating, and observing AI agents, including simulations, evaluations, logs, and agent insights • Turn complex, real-time data into interfaces that are easy to scan, understand, and act on • Design interaction patterns for AI-native workflows where agents generate first drafts and humans adjust them • Prototype in code and collaborate closely with engineers to ship polished work • Contribute patterns to the design system for dense, debugging-oriented interfaces • Build infrastructure-layer products for voice-driven computing and developer AI applications

🎯 Requirements

• Experience shipping design work for developer tools, observability, or data-heavy products • Strong data-visualization instincts, including knowing when a chart is preferable to a table • Comfortable reading PRs, tweaking Tailwind, and building prototypes in code • Ability to earn the trust of deeply technical users and engineers • Experience designing for AI or agent tooling • AI tools are already a core part of how you design • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Must indicate whether future sponsorship support is required • Resume, LinkedIn profile link, and portfolio link required
