📋 Description

• Own Product-Led Growth end to end, from developer awareness through onboarding, adoption, and production workload growth • Grow the developer population and own product surfaces that drive building and stack adoption • Own onboarding and activation to move developers from signup to real workloads • Monitor accounts gaining traction, identify them early, and help them scale • Drive platform depth by making products such as agent hosting, LiveKit Inference, and Agent Observability natural early adoption paths • Represent self-serve developers in the roadmap, from documentation through the product • Own platform-health operating metrics and review cadence with the data team • Lead a growth squad spanning product, design, engineering, marketing, and analytics • Work with developer support engineers on scaling accounts and partner with marketing upstream of signup

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in product management at a senior or staff level • Ideally experience owning growth, activation, or retention for a developer-facing or usage-based product • Product-led growth experience owning acquisition, onboarding, adoption, and expansion funnels • Experience moving usage metrics, not only signup metrics • Technical fluency sufficient to use a CLI and hold serious technical discussions with customers and engineers • Quantitative fluency and comfort analyzing data, trends, and measurement limitations • Cross-functional influence across product, marketing, support, and sales • Clear writing and strong presentation skills, including board-level strategy and detailed technical discussions • Comfort with ambiguity, ruthless prioritization, and fast execution • Nice to have: growth or PLG ownership at a developer tools, API, or infrastructure company • Nice to have: consumer growth, consumption-based businesses, technical onboarding, high-touch motions, voice AI, real-time communication, agent frameworks, SQL, and data warehouses
