📋 Description

• Own data exchanged between Lively and partners, including formats, cadence, contracts, and failure handling • Own AI agent experiences for data onboarding, field mapping, error detection, explanations, and recommended fixes • Define when AI agents act, advise, or require human approval • Own the enrollment and eligibility data lifecycle, including changes, corrections, exceptions, and reconciliation • Own platform reliability, throughput, latency, availability, recovery, data integrity, failure handling, capacity planning, and AI validation accuracy • Set the multi-year integration strategy, target architecture, migration path, AI role, and build/buy/partner decisions • Translate partner needs, customer commitments, and regulatory constraints into complete requirements • Support technical partner onboarding from specification through go-live • Serve as the primary subject matter expert for implementation, customer success, sales, leadership, partners, and internal teams • Sequence complex multi-quarter integration work into milestones • Define and monitor integration health, onboarding effort, and AI agent accuracy metrics • Use AI tools for research, specification, data analysis, and prototyping • Track benefits, payroll, and data-interoperability trends and identify partnership and standardization opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including meaningful ownership of integrations, data exchange, or platform APIs • Experience exchanging structured business data between organizations via files, APIs, or both • Demonstrated ownership of API products across design, documentation, evolution, and retirement • Strong judgment about data reliability at scale • Experience working directly with external technical partners • Technical depth to investigate data questions independently and produce complete specifications • Experience handling sensitive personal or financial data under a regulated framework • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Outstanding communication skills • Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies and standard product tooling • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field, or equivalent practical experience • Benefits or health insurance domain experience is advantageous • Familiarity with payroll providers, HR platforms, benefits administration systems, carriers, or third-party administrators is advantageous • Fluency with industry data standards is advantageous • Experience modernizing legacy integration surfaces is advantageous • Experience evaluating integration and connectivity vendors is advantageous • Experience building AI-powered product experiences is advantageous • Experience with both B2B and B2C products is advantageous • Leadership, mentoring, or junior PM development experience is advantageous
