📋 Description

• Prepare and record month-end journal entries for accurate and timely financial close • Reconcile assigned general ledger accounts monthly to ensure SOX compliance and financial accuracy • Investigate and resolve reconciling items with internal stakeholders • Maintain schedules supporting ticketing revenue deferral and accurate revenue recognition • Prepare reports and journal entries related to ticket sales and revenue recognition • Maintain amortization and accrual schedules for financial reporting • Prepare accruals for fulfillment-related activities • Support internal and external audits, including quarterly and annual SOX, financial, and sales tax audits • Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and schedules for internal management reporting • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve accounting processes and ensure data integrity

🎯 Requirements

• Strong Excel skills • Detail-oriented, motivated self-starter with a passion for accuracy and continuous improvement • Experience or qualifications sufficient to prepare and record month-end journal entries, reconcile general ledger accounts, maintain revenue deferral schedules, and support audits are implied by the responsibilities, but no explicit minimum experience, education, certification, or language requirement is stated
