📋 Description

• Set technology direction across a complex environment • Influence how platforms, data, and AI enable growth, efficiency, and revenue • Partner with experienced technology leaders and external partners across Unilever brands • Operate as a trusted advisor to senior leadership • Develop and execute a multi-year technology strategy aligned with Living Proof’s business vision, growth objectives, and Unilever Prestige digital priorities • Lead the IT innovation agenda, including AI, automation, advanced analytics, personalization, and next-generation digital capabilities • Define and oversee architecture strategy, standards, governance, and roadmaps • Partner with business, digital, marketing, e-commerce, supply chain, and technology leaders • Evaluate, incubate, and scale emerging technologies • Support organizational capabilities in AI, data engineering, cloud technologies, enterprise architecture, and modern product delivery • Represent Living Proof’s technology function in executive forums, governance committees, and cross-functional transformation initiatives • Drive technology-enabled growth, operational efficiency, and digital transformation across Living Proof and the broader Unilever Prestige portfolio • Lead platforms and systems including NetSuite, Workday, SFCC, Shopify, OMS, WMS, and cloud integration platforms • Enable data and analytics capabilities using Snowflake, Tableau, and Power BI • Lead application modernization and scalable integrations using iPaaS and IaaS solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles • Prior experience in organization architecture or large-scale systems design, with the ability to apply that thinking at an executive level • Proven success leading technology teams, platforms, and transformation initiatives • Strong executive presence and ability to influence at C-suite and senior leadership levels • Comfort operating in matrixed, global organizations • Background in Hair, Beauty, Skincare, Luxury, or CPG • Experience with large-scale platforms such as NetSuite, Workday (implementation experience), SFCC, Shopify, Snowflake, or comparable technologies • Exposure to AI, automation, and data-driven transformation
