📋 Description

• Lead the successful implementation, integration, and ongoing coordination of RxCompass programs • Provide direct leadership and oversight of the RxCompass Business Integration team • Establish priorities, workflows, performance expectations, and accountability • Coach, develop, and support team members • Manage workload distribution and coverage across client implementations and integration initiatives • Oversee implementation and integration activities for new and existing RxCompass clients • Establish and track project plans, deliverables, dependencies, and timelines • Coordinate client onboarding and integration into applicable RxCompass programs • Oversee program-related testing and readiness activities • Identify implementation risks and barriers and drive resolution • Ensure effective transition and handoff from implementation into post-go-live support and ongoing operations • Maintain visibility into implementation status, milestones, risks, dependencies, and outstanding action items • Provide leadership visibility into implementation progress, risks, and issues requiring escalation • Drive accountability across internal and external stakeholders • Partner with Client Experience, Operations, Analytics, vendors, clients, and other stakeholders • Coordinate cross-functional activities and clarify ownership and expectations • Participate in key client and internal implementation and integration meetings • Serve as an escalation point for implementation issues, discrepancies, and workflow concerns • Oversee tracking and reporting of implementation and program status • Monitor performance indicators, issues, and implementation progress • Identify trends and areas requiring additional attention or intervention • Develop and maintain standardized Business Integration processes, workflows, documentation, and tracking mechanisms • Identify opportunities to improve implementation efficiency, consistency, and scalability • Support continuous improvement as RxCompass programs and client needs evolve • Complete required HIPAA training and comply with obligations related to Protected Health Information • Report discovered HIPAA violations to the Compliance Department • Directly manage the RxCompass Business Integration team and may oversee additional Business Integration roles

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of people leadership, coaching, and team development skills • Demonstrated project and implementation management capabilities • Strong organizational, prioritization, and follow-through skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities • Ability to manage multiple client implementations and competing priorities • Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills • Ability to identify risks, dependencies, barriers, and drive resolution • Ability to establish structure and accountability in a fast-paced, evolving environment • Strong attention to detail, ownership, and sense of urgency • Prior leadership or supervisory experience • Demonstrated experience managing complex implementations, projects, or cross-functional initiatives • Experience coordinating work across multiple internal and external stakeholders • Experience with project tracking, reporting, testing, and process improvement • Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, or related field preferred • 5+ years of progressive experience in pharmacy benefits management, healthcare operations, client implementation, project management, business integration, or a related environment preferred • PBM, specialty pharmacy, or related healthcare experience preferred • Availability during core work hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CT, with work times adjusted to cover meetings in all time zones • Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays in accordance with industry demands
