📋 Description

• Assess training needs • Select materials and delivery methods for programs on a variety of topics • Produce guides, videos, and other supporting content • Conduct training sessions and present training content • Schedule classes, set up systems and equipment, and coordinate enrollment • Complete training logs and track participation • Review and reinforce eLearning programs where applicable • Evaluate and score recorded and live calls • Provide feedback to agents and leaders to enhance performance and develop best practices • Travel to different locations to train employees on applications, processes, and procedures • Assume other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 3+ years of related experience required • Knowledge of arithmetic, rates, ratios, percentages, and graphs • Frequent use of Outlook, Word, Excel, graphics, databases, and PowerPoint • Ability to create, maintain, and incorporate functions into Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, databases, and PowerPoint presentations • Moderately complex oral and written skills • Ability to train others, interact with others, and make presentations to department or middle management • Ability to handle multiple tasks or projects simultaneously with moderate complexity • Ability to sit for extended periods and frequently use a computer, keyboard, and mouse • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds • Employees assigned driving responsibilities must meet all applicable eligibility and safety requirements
