📋 Description

• Serve the territory of Southeastern California and Western Arizona • Service and maintain emergency responder and fire rescue equipment within an assigned territory • Provide fire department customers with high levels of customer care • Clean, service, and repair intricate breathing apparatus and compressor systems • Service and repair hydraulic extrication equipment • Schedule appointments and meet customers to review needs, products, and service requirements • Plan and conduct face-to-face customer presentations • Design and implement demonstrations or presentations of company products and services • Exchange product and service information with customers • Generate and develop new opportunities for sales of products and services • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new products, procedures, services, and tools • Travel away from home consistently and for extended periods • Maintain long work hours • Prepare and submit monthly expense and mileage reports • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Must live in or be willing to relocate near Southeastern California and Western Arizona • Proven ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical schematic diagrams • Working knowledge of basic electrical theory • Mechanically inclined and technically competent • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook, Excel and Word • Capable of safely lifting and operating equipment weighing 75lbs • High school diploma or equivalent • Experience in sales or marketing related field • Special people skills to deal with customers • Strong work ethic • Proven attention to detail • Proven ability to communicate effectively via both verbal and written means • Demonstrated good judgement and a high degree of integrity • Maintain an excellent driving record that meets requirements of the insurance provider
