📋 Description
• Help run Fan Dynamics’ Managed Service offering for various clients • Manage communities, especially on Discord and/or for creators • Work with Sales and Product teams on the FanDX roadmap • Assist with various client support initiatives
🎯 Requirements
• Previous experience working in community management • Experience especially on Discord and/or for creators • Self-motivated • Highly detail-oriented • Strategic and creative • Resilient and coachable • Willingness to take on challenges • Interest in building proficiency across operational challenges • Ability to work with Sales and Product teams on the FanDX roadmap • Ability to assist with client support initiatives
