📋 Description

• Serve as the subject matter expert for our SaaS-based TMS platform • Accelerate customer integration by planning, managing, and overseeing parallel integration projects using APIs and EDI • Work closely with sales to demo solutions, answer complex technical questions, and ensure customers realize the maximum value from our system

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience working in a solutions engineering/architect and/or technical project management capacity dealing directly with customers and multiple technical teams • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in order to effectively communicate client desires to the development team • Proven track record of SaaS software implementation and systems integrations • Ability to clearly define and deliver technical solutions that drive client satisfaction and business results • Experience with system integration design, implementation, testing (EDI/API) • Native or highly proficient English language skills • Excellent customer service skills • First hand experience working with a TMS system is a plus
