📋 Description

• Coordinating return merchandise authorization (RMA) activity • Researching customer orders • Submitting return requests to vendors • Tracking related credits • Supporting customer credit processing • Working closely with sales, operations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to ensure accurate and timely processing of returns and credits • Maintaining strong working knowledge of the company’s ERP system • Updating return case records in company systems • Preparing month-end reporting for open return requests

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • Minimum of two years of experience in accounting support, order management, customer service, or operations support preferred • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word. • Strong problem-solving skills • Ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams and with external business partners
