📋 Description

• Serve as subject matter expert for multiple products and services • Respond to and handle complex calls with high-profile customers • Handle complex customer matters and escalate to management when necessary • Confer with management and conduct surveys to identify training needs • Obtain customer and technical organization information to prepare training programs • Implement training programs for customers and team members • Participate in an on-call rotation approximately once every two months • Maintain daily support coverage from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PT • Support the technology foundation and installation environment for the Nlyte application suite • Support enterprise applications, databases, onsite communications equipment, storage, related software, and data center technology and operations • Work with enterprise-wide applications integrating with Nlyte, including vCenter, HP UCMDB, and ServiceNow • Troubleshoot Modbus, SNMP, and BACnet communication issues • Provide consistent, high-quality technical and operational support

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required due to work associated with federal contracts/compliance with federal contract specifications • Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or HVAC • 5+ years of experience in Technology, Controls (BMS, EPMS, Automation), or DevOps • 1+ year of experience supporting enterprise applications, databases, onsite communications equipment, storage, or data center technology and operations • Dedicated, quiet workspace and reliable high-speed internet connection suitable for daily remote operations • Windows System Administration skills • Knowledge of Linux • Experience with web technologies, including Web Services, IIS, and XML • Application system administration experience • Basic SQL usage, including executing scripts and viewing tables • Knowledge of system permissions • Located within the Pacific Time Zone is preferred • Understanding of problem management, service desk operations, and change management processes • Experience troubleshooting Modbus, SNMP, and BACnet communication protocols • Experience with enterprise applications such as vCenter, HP uCMDB, and ServiceNow • Strong background in large-scale system administration and data center operations
