πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Respond to NRS crisis contacts across various hotlines. β€’ Remain active during shifts, taking multiple chats. β€’ Complete trauma-informed data collection. β€’ Ensure youth receive and understand resources provided. β€’ Complete warm handoffs with resource providers. β€’ Provide safe and supportive referrals. β€’ Maintain documentation of all crisis communications. β€’ Report child abuse and neglect as required by law. β€’ Participate in supervisions and other training-related functions. β€’ Engage in ongoing training and quality improvement efforts.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Knowledge and experience working in a social services environment, preferably with crisis intervention. β€’ Self-starter and detail-oriented. β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. β€’ Strong interpersonal skills for communicating with diverse teams. β€’ Creative problem-solving skills. β€’ Ability to prioritize and manage projects. β€’ Proven organizational and multi-tasking skills. β€’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). β€’ Familiarity with data entry processes. β€’ Commitment to the mission and operating goals of NRS. β€’ Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred but not required.
