📋 Description

• Support customers’ network environments as a member of Logicalis’ 24x7x365 operations team • Perform break/fix troubleshooting, software updates, and feature enhancements for networking devices • Work with external vendors such as Cisco, AT&T, and Verizon to troubleshoot hardware and circuit issues • Create and maintain technical and process documentation • Follow predefined ITIL incident, problem, and change management processes • Resolve customer requests and outages using technology tools, procedures, training, service offerings, and SLAs • Maintain knowledge of Logicalis service offerings to support customers and expand offerings to current customers • Follow Logicalis values, policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations • Provide customer service consistent with expectations • No supervisory responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s Degree in a related field (equivalent combination accepted) • 4 years of experience in a network operations center or equivalent network support team • Experience with Cisco and Fortinet firewalls, switches, routers, and access points • Experience with VPN technologies • Experience with data/voice circuits • Familiarity with load balancers • Experience with IPT: CCM, Unity, UCCX, Webex, and MS Teams • Experience working in an ITIL-based incident tracking system such as ServiceNow or CA Service Desk • Understanding of network monitoring tools and technologies • Proficient use of all Microsoft Office applications • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) / Fortinet NSE4 • CompTIA Security+ / CompTIA Network+ • Ability to execute tasks, projects, and troubleshooting with minimal supervision and urgency • Ability to multitask and prioritize to meet critical SLA deadlines • Ability to accommodate requests from multiple customers and account executives in a timely manner • NGFW, Cisco Meraki, Cisco DNA, Cisco SD-WAN, and Citrix NetScaler experience is a plus
